Choosing Happiness to Heal with Vincent Proulx
Meet Vincent Proulx - a mental wellness advocate on a mission to inspire others to choose happiness and prioritize their mental health.
After a 20-year career in the Canadian Army and Navy, Vincent moved to Calgary to begin working in law enforcement. However, his focus on keeping busy was masking the unresolved trauma and mental health challenges that had built up over the years, which eventually led him to his breaking point. After reaching out to a friend, Vincent began his journey toward healing.
Today, Vincent inspires others by sharing positive affirmations, stories, and dad jokes on his growing Instagram account. Through regular movement, outdoor activities, and the support of his service dog Arrow, he has completely transformed his mindset and his life.
Join Dr. Greg for an inspiring conversation about Vincent’s journey toward healing, overcoming personal challenges, and embracing a fulfilling life.
